Laminate Flooring
Laminate flooring has evolved rapidly in recent times, and now more choices are available than ever! It serves as a fantastic alternative to solid wood flooring, with countless types of wood-effect laminates available in the market. Typically, laminate flooring consists of various layers of materials pressed together. To begin with, each plank is created using a high-definition print of the wood, which is printed on high-quality paper. After the design layer is set, a clear coating is applied on top of it to protect the floor from scuffs, stains, fading, and general wear and tear. These layers are then placed on top of a thick, solid inner core made of either a high-density fibreboard (HDF) or a medium-density fibreboard (MDF), which provides the plank with its strength. Finally, the sheet of laminate is cut into planks, which can then be installed as per the requirements of the user
