Bringing our heritage brands home

For many years, we’ve marketed our flooring under a number of brands – Regency Carpets, Natural Solutions, and Design Elements. These are brands that we’ve all loved and have given fantastic service to our business.

We wanted to bring all our services and offerings under one roof. So, it makes sense to have a single brand selling our complete flooring ranges. That’s why, over the past couple of years, we’ve refreshed the Furlong Flooring brand, and have started to bring all our carpet, wood, and vinyl ranges together. The final piece in this jigsaw has been our website expansion and update. You can now search and view all our ranges from one place, giving you a seamless experience.

This move has been really well received by our customers and by the wider industry. After The Flooring Show in Harrogate in September, Stocklist magazine picked out ‘Furlong Flooring’s increasingly sophisticated style as a one-stop supplier’ as one of the highlights of the show.

Add to that the fantastic take-up of our new award-winning display stands for retailers and the fact that retailers regularly commend our reps, drivers, and office staff on their work, and you have a single brand that’s really delivering quality and value across the board.

That’s why we’re launching an awareness campaign for our customer base and across the industry, to let people know that our original brands are officially moving into a single home. Our One Home campaign is a reminder that you can now get everything you need – carpet, wood, laminate, vinyl, and LVT – directly from Furlong Flooring.

From the start of 2022, we’ll be asking retailers to remove our heritage brands from their websites and to use the Furlong Flooring brand for all our collections. Of course, they won’t be forgotten – we refer to them on our website and respect the history and love that everyone has for them. But now’s the time to make a single, clear impact, and that’s exactly what we’re ready to do.

All your favourite ranges will still be available. Better still, you’ll have one rep, one call, one click. You’ll still have all the service guarantees that come with being a Furlong Flooring customer, and the security that comes from knowing all our flooring is the highest quality at the best price – all under one roof.
